Terms and Conditions of Contract

These Terms and Conditions of Contract (“Terms of Contract”) apply to all orders placed through the Lillie & Luca website located at www.lillieandluca.com (the “Website”) owned by Artigiano Pte Ltd (the “Company”) or through any other mode of communication with the Company.  By placing an order with Lillie & Luca (“Order”), you agree to the following Terms of Contract:-

Delivery

The Company endeavors to deliver your Order, gift boxes and hampers in accordance with your request subject to the delivery times stated in our Website and any unforeseeable circumstances.  The delivery times in our Website are on a best efforts basis and may be changed from time to time without prior notice and at the Company’s full and absolute discretion. The Company accepts no liability for any delay beyond the delivery times stated in the Website or the delivery date and time requested by you.

Credit Granted

Where in the interests of ensuring your Order is delivered on time for your happy occasion, the Company despatches your Order prior to receipt of full payment, you shall make payment no later than 7 days after receiving an invoice for the balance amount owed.  The Company shall be entitled to attribute any payments on subsequent Orders towards the outstanding balance first before honoring any such subsequent Orders.  Where the remaining balance after such attribution is insufficient to cover the price and delivery costs of the subsequent Order, the Company shall only be obliged to deliver such Order when in receipt of the difference.  

International delivery

The customer or recipient of the Order is responsible for any taxes, charges, fees or duties charged at the country of delivery.  The customer or the recipient shall bear sole responsibility to pay any additional taxes and duties in full in order to discharge the item from customs and shall make no claims against the Company in this respect. Delays or additional taxes and duties applied by local customs shall not constitute a sufficient cause to cancel your Order. We highly recommend our customers to check with the recipient's local customs office for additional taxes and duties before placing their Orders. The Company shall not be held liable for any delays or addtional taxes and duties, which are beyond its control.

Delivery within Singapore

Delivery shall be free of charge for Orders priced above S$220.00 (exclusive of items marked as ineligible for delivery charge waiver (eg. bouquets, wines, etc), taxes, gift wrapping, delivery and other fees and charges).  A delivery fee of S$30.00 shall apply for Orders less than or equal to S$220.00.

International Delivery

We are able to deliver internationally via DHL or SingPost. Delivery time shall be within 5-7 business days in accordance with the delivery times of DHL or SingPost (as the case may be).  Our international delivery charges shall be as quoted by DHL or SingPost. The Company shall seek your agreement on the confirmed international delivery charges prior to incurring them and will despatch your Order items within 24 hours of receipt of payment from you of such international delivery charges.

Delivery Schedule within Singapore

For Orders placed and paid for before 2pm on any day in Singapore,  we will use our best efforts to deliver by the following day after receipt of payment.  For Orders placed and paid for after 2pm on any day in Singapore, we will use our best efforts to deliver within 48 hours from our receipt of your payment.

Express Delivery

Express Delivery (same day) service is available at a delivery charge of $40.00 but not for any gift boxes, hampers or items that have to be customised.  

Delivery Restrictions

We are unable to deliver to addresses in Pulau Ubin, St John’s Island, Jurong Island, PSA Ports and all military camps and naval bases where access to the general public is restricted or prohibited.

Delivery to Hospitals

We deliver to hospitals. You shall be responsible for providing us accurate details such as the hospital name, recipient's full name, ward and bed number so that we can deliver in accordance with your requests.  

Unsuccessful Delivery

Please enter all delivery details carefully. Inaccurate or mis-spelt delivery information will result in delays or non-delivery. Any re-delivery fees incurred because of inaccurate delivery details shall be borne by you.  If an Order has not arrived by the expected delivery time, please contact us as soon as possible so we can track your Order.

If a delivery is unsuccessful at the delivery address (including hospitals) provided to receive your gift, or if the delivery address is changed after your Order has been dispatched, we will either call you or send you an email to arrange an alternative delivery time. A re-delivery fee of S$20.00 will apply for delivery to the new address. For unsuccessful delivery to countries outside Singapore, the applicable International delivery charges shall be re-charged.

Liability for Loss during Delivery

The Company does not accept liability for loss or theft if you request for delivery to an unattended address. We strongly recommend that someone be available to accept delivery at the nominated delivery address or specific arrangements are made with us for any unusual delivery requirements.  All due care is taken in packaging your Order for delivery.  If your Order is damaged during the delivery process, please contact us as soon as possible within 2 business days so we can quickly rectify the issue for you.

Cancellations and Refunds

As processing and customization of Orders begins immediately upon receipt of your Order and payment, no cancellations nor refunds are permitted after our receipt of payment.

Product Substitutions

The Company strives to deliver to our valued customers the exact product, gift box and hamper as seen on the Website. However, some of the products (including those in the gift boxes and hampers we display on the Website) may not be available at all times due to unforeseeable circumstances. If that occurs we will endeavor to ensure that you are provided with products of the same or better specification. We may not be unable to advise you when this occurs.  In the event that the entire Order, gift box or hamper is not available in stock, the Company will contact you to propose an alternate Order, gift box or hamper for your agreement.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

You agree that all matters and disputes relating to your Order or with Artigiano Pte Ltd, its shareholders, employees and/or agents, shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.  You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore in relation to such matters and disputes.
